MAM Management Group was founded in 2007 by Andreas Schneider.
Andy has worked for a very long time in the music industry. Also, music was his favorite hobby.
A very talented man, he realized that he has an organizatoric talent.
He started to contribute in raising and promoting bands.
He appreciates the band's talent and he believes in the bands with which he is working.
The band's abition motivates him to go further in what he is doing.
Currently he is working as an E&A at Unlabel.

A gig that has built a bridge between Romania and Hungary.
In April 2009, Persona had been invited to play at the famous A38 club from Budapest together with 2 other Romanian bands and 2 Hungarian bands, a concert dedicated to the memory of the Romanian handball player Marian Cozma.
The tragic death of a professional Romanian sportsman who played in Hungary has greatly contributed to dismantling prejudices that have long existed between the two countries. Balazs Horvath, a young student of political sciences and Csaba Lukacs, a Hungarian journalist who was born in Romania, decided to organize a musical event to which young talented musicians were to be invited from both countries. The concert took place on April 10th on a symbolic spot - the Boat A38 that is anchored on the river Danube, the river that connects the two countries.
